Terms and Conditions of Hire from the Treehouse management group.

Venue Hire.
Hire is £15 for a half (morning 0630-1200, afternoon 1230-1800 or evening 1830-2400 ) and £25 for a whole day ( 2 of
morning, afternoon or evening ), £30 for all day and evening.
Special events ( weddings etc ) can be arranged for an additional fee.

The Treehouse has a maximum capacity of 24 people. If the Balcony is not in use, the
maximum capacity is reduced to 15.
Please vacate the treehouse within the time you have booked, as other users will be waiting. thankyou.
Facilities
Toilet facilities can be made available in the Smithy Building,
Chairs, Tables and tea making facilities will be provided.
Other fixtures can fittings for special event requirements can be discussed prior to booking.
Confirmation and Payment
Payment is by PayPal, or Bank transfer, payable upon booking. Invoices will be issued as
standard.
Access
Access to the venue will require a code for the keysafe. To be arranged with the keyholder
when booking. Building must be left secure with the key returned and locked into the
keysafe.
Accidents
Any accidents occurring at the venue must be reported immediately to the emergency
contact number; 07375593123
There is a first aid kit and accident book available.
Care of the Venue
Please leave the venue as you find it. Reporting any problems immediately to the Keyholder.
ensure that no person marks, soils, damages or alters the structure or contents of the venue.
The site
please enjoy the community site and respect the other users, do not create a nuisance of
any sort, including noise pollution. Tidy up any rubbish into the bins provided at the car park.
Do not damage any trees. Clear up dog waste into the bin provided adjacent to the car park.
Please park in a way as to not impede any access or egress to other site users.
Safety
Please supervise any children or dogs at the treehouse and in the grounds, their safety is
your sole responsibility. This is a natural healthy environment and the normal associated
hazards, such brambles nettles, running river water, stones and sticks etc, will be found.
Please use common sense and dress accord to the weather.
Dogs.
Dogs are welcome, but let us know if you are planning on bringing any along just in case there’s any concerns with other events going on etc.
Children.
please take all responsibilities and supervise any children in your care on the site.Smoking
The venue has a strict no smoking policy.
Management caveat.
The Treehouse management Group reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings without an explanation, whether it be on safety, community cohesion or ethical grounds. Equality and Diversity is important to us and will be reflected in all decision-making processes.
Indemnity
The hirer hereby indemnifies the Treehouse management group, and shall hold the venue
harmless from all claims, liabilities, losses, charges, damages and expenses (including legal
fees) of any kind whatsoever, which may be sustained by the Treehouse management
group as a result of third party claim in connection with breach by the Hirer, of this
agreement. Hirer shall maintain adequate levels of insurance accordingly.
Insurance
The Treehouse management group carries appropriate public liability insurance for the
Venue. However, The Treehouse management group accepts no liability for any claim
brought by guests concerning the administration, content, materials or otherwise relating to
the subject matter of the event. The hirer accepts full responsibility in this regard and agrees
to indemnify The Treehouse management group against any such claim in full and on
demand.
